If you have a simple problem then 'At Your Service' is available on Wednesdays for older people attending JDA Wednesday Club.

This is a quick fix service - no need to pre-book.

This may include form filling, making a phone call, understanding official letters or internet shopping.

Don't forget to bring along your paperwork.
