Martine, Advisory Teacher of the Deaf, comes to JDA to give a talk on Deaf education, past, present and future

She will discuss the impact of Milan 1880 conference on Deaf Education

Martine will explain about the importance of Positive Terminology, changing attitudes towards Deafness

She will share updates on developments of GCSE BSL in schools

Martine also used to be President of BATOD (British Association of Teachers of the Deaf)
