Join us for a BSL tour of H. Forman & Son, home of the world-famous smoked salmon
The Forman family has been curing and smoking fish in the East End of London since 1905
Learn about the history of this 4th generation family business, and Forman’s re-location during the 2012 Olympics
Enter the smokehouse — in protective gowns — to observe the curing and smoking process
After the tour, enjoy a delicious smoked salmon bagel lunch in the riverside restaurant (smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel with side salad, homemade chocolate brownie and tea/coffee)
