Ajay Shukla will tell us about his incredible life journey

Born in Uganda, Ajay lived there as a Deaf child until the war in Kampala led to his family returning to India

He went to a Deaf school in Mumbai before moving to London

Here he attended Tottenham Deaf School (now Blanche Nevile)

He also went to Royal School for the Deaf Derby

Ajay is a regular at Dcafe and part of the JDA community

He has worked for Barnet Council for an amazing 38 years!
