Engage – Care England’s “Small changes big difference campaign”

Tickets for the in-person campaign launch of the “Small changes big difference” can be ordered from the Care England website https://www.careengland.org.uk/small-changes-big-difference/
Until the end of September, tickets can be bought at no charge, just register your interest.
From the beginning of October it will be £25 per ticket.

Engage have an action-packed day already planned with guest speakers including Professor Martin Green, Dr Zena Aldridge, Dr Hannah Cross and Dr Rebecca Millman. As well as the guest speakers, we will hear from residents with hearing loss, their families, carers and management on why hearing loss is such an overlooked issue in care homes. We will have demonstrations from three companies showcasing what some small changes look like and the big difference they can make in your care service. This event is aimed at CEOs, Managing Directors and anyone with significant influence in the care sector.

Engage has been involved with supporting care homes improve access for residents with hearing loss for over 10 years. Last year, they wrote a White Paper that called for action around this essential subject. Click here to read the paper.

This event will launch the year-long campaign in collaboration with Care England and we have support from Boots, Symphony Sound and other sponsors.
